My name is Cheryl Groskopf and I am an anxiety, trauma, and attachment therapist in Los Angeles. I help people take charge of their anxiety by changing their relationship with it. I blend Somatic Therapy, Holistic Techniques, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) for a truly integrative approach to anxiety, trauma, Complex-PTSD and attachment therapy in LA.
As an active and directive therapist, I collaborate with you to help explore the purpose and origins of your anxiety. I help you understand how your brain and body work, and how to change those repetitive subconscious patterns to help you live the life you want.
